Amazing customer service

Made a major booboo and shipped my order to an old address by accident. Resigned myself to the fact that I was going to have to eat the cost, but Brooke, the recovery specialist that was helping me, was diligent about making sure all was not lost even though my package had been. The recovery team tried multiple methods over many days to locate and retrieve my package and eventually shipped out a whole new package for me even though it was my fault it was lost in the first place.
